Loading your watchlist…
A crypto watchlist is a personalised list of the cryptocurrencies you want to follow, shown together with their live price, 24-hour and 7-day change, market cap and volume. The Token Times watchlist is free, needs no account, and is saved privately in your own browser — add any coin by tapping the ☆ star on a market table or coin page.
Why keep a crypto watchlist
With thousands of cryptocurrencies trading around the clock, watching the whole market is overwhelming. A watchlist narrows the firehose to the handful of coins you actually care about — the ones you hold, are researching, or want to buy — so you can see how they are moving in seconds instead of scrolling a 250-coin table.
It also makes comparison easy: side by side, you can tell at a glance which of your coins is leading or lagging on the day and over the week, spot an unusual move early, and decide where to focus your research. Pair it with price alerts and you do not even have to keep the page open.
How to build your watchlist on Token Times
Building a watchlist takes one tap and no setup:
- Open any market table or coin page and tap the ☆ star next to a coin.
- The coin appears on this page with its live price, 24-hour and 7-day change, market cap and 24-hour volume.
- Data refreshes from our live market feed about every 15 minutes, source-stamped from CoinGecko and Binance.
- Tap the ★ again on any coin to remove it from your list.
What each column tells you
Every coin on your watchlist shows the same core data so you can compare like for like:
- Price (USD) — the current market price, updated live.
- 24h change — how the price has moved over the last day; the quickest read on momentum.
- 7d change — the weekly trend, which smooths out daily noise.
- Market cap — price × circulating supply; a measure of a coin’s relative size and stability.
- 24h volume — how much has traded in the last day; a gauge of liquidity and interest.
Private by design — no account, no tracking
Most watchlists on big exchanges and data sites require an account and quietly tie your list to your identity for advertising. Token Times’s does the opposite: your watchlist is stored only in your browser’s local storage, so it never reaches our servers and we cannot see it. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to leak.
The trade-off is that your list stays on the device you built it on and is cleared if you clear your browser data — a fair exchange for a tool that is genuinely private, fast and free.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Token Times crypto watchlist work?
Tap the ☆ star next to any coin — on this site’s market tables or coin pages — to add it. Your starred coins then appear here with their live price, 24-hour and 7-day change, market cap and volume. Tap the ★ again to remove a coin. Prices refresh from our live market data roughly every 15 minutes.
Is my watchlist private? Do you store it?
Yes, it is completely private. Your watchlist is saved only in your own browser using local storage; it never leaves your device or reaches Token Times’s servers, so we cannot see what you track. Because it lives in the browser, it is not shared between devices and clearing your browser data will clear it.
Do I need an account or email to use it?
No. The watchlist needs no sign-up, email, wallet connection or login. It works instantly and anonymously — one of the reasons it loads fast and respects your privacy.
Will my watchlist sync across my phone and laptop?
Not currently. Because it is stored locally for privacy, each browser keeps its own list. If you use Token Times on a phone and a laptop, you build a watchlist on each. A synced, cross-device watchlist would require an account, which we deliberately avoid.
How many coins can I add?
There is no hard limit for everyday use — add as many as you like. In practice most people track between 5 and 20 coins so the list stays scannable. Every coin in our tracked market set shows full live data; a coin outside that set still saves and links to its page.
What is the difference between the watchlist and the portfolio tracker?
The watchlist tracks prices and performance of coins you follow — no amounts involved. The portfolio tracker adds the quantities you hold to show your total value and allocation. Many people use both: a wide watchlist to monitor the market, and a portfolio for what they actually own.
Where does the price data come from?
Live prices, market cap and volume are sourced from public market data (CoinGecko and Binance) and shown with their source timestamp. Token Times is independent and source-stamped — see our methodology. Information only, not financial advice.
